The Federal Way Link Extension will extend light rail from the Angle Lake Station at South 200th Street in SeaTac (opening 2016) to Kent/Des Moines by 2023. Sound Transit is also developing a shovel-ready plan to extend to Federal Way when more funding is secured.
Sound Transit is preparing a Draft Environmental Impact Statement (Draft EIS) that examines potential environmental impacts and benefits of the identified light rail alternatives. The Draft EIS is expected to be available for public review in early 2015. This survey will inform Sound Transit how to communicate with the public when the Draft EIS is released.
Please note that the feedback you provide by taking this survey is not formal comment on the Draft EIS. You will have an opportunity to submit formal comment on the Draft EIS when it is released in early 2015.
