Nomination Form | Years of Service & Wins Awards

This form allows a coach to be nominated for an award of all age group levels who have obtained 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900, and 1000 career coaching wins as well as a coach who has attained the 25/50 year service level. Nominations can be made by yourself, an administrator, a colleague, or any other member of the wrestling community. The coach must be a current NWCA member to qualify.
