IMPORTANT REQUEST FROM CoSN AND AASA
Dear District Leader:
CoSN is pleased to launch the second annual Infrastructure Survey, designed to gather data from school districts across the country on E-rate, Broadband and Internal Network Infrastructure. This year we are pleased to collaborate with AASA to administer this survey, the only one of its kind, providing information to the FCC, the Department of Education, Congress, and others on the state of K-12 technology infrastructure, including connectivity and E-Rate.
The FCC recently issued the first phase of E-rate reform and CoSN and AASA are seeking input on the state of Broadband and Internal Infrastructure in your School District, as well as how you are using E-rate and the impacts of the new changes in E-rate.
Please take a few minutes to complete the survey. Last year’s survey was very well-received and was critical in informing recent E-rate discussions. As we prepare for the next phase of E-rate modernization, this survey has us uniquely positioned as the go-to source for information on school connectivity. The survey can be forwarded to—and completed by—someone on your team, should you not be the primary point of contact for these questions.

This survey is being conducted in partnership with Market Data Research.
Your answers will be anonymous unless you choose to fill in the two optional demographic questions which we will use to further analyze data. Only aggregate data will be released in the report. If you would like a copy of the results, please fill out your contact information at the end of the survey.
