Exhibition Proposal Form

The Exhibition will be held at UNESCO Headquarters in Paris during the MLW Symposium from Tuesday, 24 February to Wednesday, 25 February 2015.

Exhibition proposals must be received by UNESCO before 5 December 2014. Please complete the proposal form carefully. If your proposal is selected for inclusion, the description you provide will be moved directly to the UNESCO communication materials. Personal information such as email addresses will not be shared. Please copyedit the text and ensure readability.

6. Brief summary of the exhibition.

Please describe what technologies/projects/field experiences will be presented. The theme of MLW 2015 is empowering women and girls. The exhibition should connect to this theme in some way. (300 words maximum.) *This question is required.

8. If available, please upload a high-resolution image or logo to be used in conjunction with your MLW 2015 exhibition. The image may be used in a UNESCO - UN Women brochure, describing the event.

9. Briefly describe what materials or media you plan to use as part of your exhibition. UNESCO will be able to provide a desk, electricity, WiFi and a backdrop for banners. All other materials should be self-provisioned. *This question is required.
