The OCWTP's Individual Training Needs Assessment (ITNA) process for staff is being redesigned in the CAPS LMS. The new process will roll out the end of July 2023. The previous ITNA forms for caseworkers and supervisors have been deactivated. Caseworkers and supervisors will be dynamically assigned their next ITNA through the CAPS LMS.
