Thank you for creating your Safe Routes to School (SRTS) monthly activity report. These reports are a valuable method for SRTS coordinators to share the progress they have been making over the past month with the Virginia Department of Transportation, as well as help identify obstacles to completing the coordinator work plan.
Please fill out and submit this brief report by the end of the first Tuesday of each month. Should you need to save your progress and complete the report at another time, please use the link at the top of the page and submit your email to create a link to return to the report with your progress saved. Once the report is submitted, a copy of the report will be emailed to you as well as your supervisor, who is required to approve the report.
