Rick Hansen and his Foundation team will then take these results (along with other research) and develop an awareness campaign to create positive changes for people with disabilities.
Why an awareness campaign? The number of people with disabilities, including mobility challenges, is rising fast in Canada. By 2030, over 9 million Canadians will have a disability! And we need to be ready.
