College Bound Materials Order Form

Please read carefully for important information about ordering before continuing:

• Orders for College Bound materials are placed every Friday and take two-four weeks to arrive at the mailing address entered after our staff completes the order.

• In an effort to manage our inventory, prior to placing an order, please confirm with your school/district staff and/or your Regional College Bound Officer(s) (CBROs) to ensure no recent orders have already been placed for your school. This will be confirmed by program staff before your order is placed. Multiple orders submitted within the same month for schools or school districts won't be processed. Thank you for understanding.

• Please only distribute these printed materials and products to students enrolled in College Bound. If you are looking for information to provide to all students, how students are enrolled, and what makes them eligible, please visit our website for additional resources.
