Review of Special Regs for Keel boats and Multihulls

We will ask simple questions about the YA Special Regs and see what you think should be changed and why. There may be no need to change anything, or you may have suggestions. The main purpose is to get your input to the areas we should be looking at - and we appreciate your help!
 
1. Design, Construction and Stability
This is Special Regs section 3 Part 1, and addresses things such as the strength of build, watertight integrity, construction standards stability for monohulls, and flotation for multihulls.

This is Special Regs section 3 Part 2, and addresses things such as exits and hatches, pulpits and lifelines, multihull nets, toe rails, toilets, bunks and galleys, water tanks, bilge pumps, navigation, engines and radios.

This is Special Regs section 4, and addresses things such as plugs, jackstays, fire extinguishers, anchors, medical kits, radar and navigation tools, EPIRBs, liferafts, flares, storm and heavy weather sails, drogues and sea anchors.
