University Hill Event Street Design Inspiration

As part of the University Hill Reinvestment Strategy, the City of Boulder is planning to transform Pennsylvania Avenue between 13th Street and the adjacent alley into a new community gathering place with a shared street (accessible to pedestrians, bikes and vehicles) that can easily be closed for community events on the Hill.

The University Hill Event Street will be funded by the Community, Culture and Safety Tax that Boulder voters approved as part of ballot measure 2A in November 2014.

From Sept. 1 through 6, join other Boulder community members to review and discuss these three preliminary design concepts at Buchanan's Coffee Pub, 1301 Pennsylvania Ave., between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.

We also welcome you to participate in the following poll to share your inspiration, ideas, and design concepts for the University Hill Event Street.
