	I agree to participate as a presenter for The eLearning Guild’s Online Event selected above.
	I agree to participate in this event per the terms stated here.
	I agree to participate in the online rehearsals on the agreed-upon dates to be optimally prepared for the event.
	I understand that The Guild reserves the right to cancel the event due to low enrollment.
	I understand that The Guild reserves the right to cancel the event in the case of acts of God, war, government regulation, disaster, strikes, civil orders, terrorism, or other emergencies making it inadvisable, illegal, or impossible to hold the event.
	I understand that if the event is cancelled for any of the above reasons, The Guild will not be responsible for any expenses or fees.
	I agree to submit my handouts and slides electronically by the agreed-upon due dates.
	I understand that session handouts and recordings will be available only to registered participants and paid eLearning Guild members, and that the handouts and recordings will be published in The Guild’s Online Event Archive.
	I understand that this authorization does not transfer the copyright, which is held by me. I can verify, and will do so upon request, that I have appropriate permissions to use every part of my session's content and materials and by doing so I will not be in violation of any copyrights.
	To foster a learning environment, I agree to present a session and provide handout(s) that are objective and free of commercialism.
	I understand that I will receive one free registration to the event for myself. I cannot share or split this registration with anyone else.
