Alliance for Better Health Care, LLC Request for Proposal For Analytics Platform
In order to fulfill the goals of the Alliance for Better Health Care (AFBHC), an IT infrastructure that performs the following basic activities is needed:
a) CAPTURE. We need to capture relevant information about the population;
b) AGGREGATE. We need to aggregate and transform data;
c) ANALYZE. We need to perform analysis on the information that has been captured to better understand the health status of individuals, their health needs, and what opportunities may exist to eliminate gaps between the services they require and the services that they have received;
d) DEPLOY. We need to deploy our understanding of services that may improve the health of individuals in our population;
e) ACT. We need to act on this understanding, through partnerships with care providers, community based organizations, managed care organizations, and others, and direct the product of this action back into the loop: capturing this as important data.
In the center of our process is the core of clinical transformation: collaboration.
Fulfilling this goal may require more than one IT solution provider. Therefore, the AFBHC invites technology solution and services organizations to complete all or part of this request for proposal (RFP) and will consider each vendor accordingly.
