NJTA 2016 Combined Auditions Registration

NOTICE: The appointments for Equity performers are full. Any registrations dated after 6/3/16 will be placed on a waiting list. You will be contacted if there are any cancellations.

The New Jersey Theatre Alliance (NJTA) auditions are based on a lottery system for non-Equity performers, and an appointment process for Equity performers. Earlier registrations are more likely to receive their preferred appointment time.

NON-EQUITY ACTORS-This form indicates your interest in participation; it does not guarantee you a place in the audition. You will be notified whether you secure an audition or not, no later than July 15, 2016.
EMC is considered Non-Equity.
Do not enter multiple registrations.

EQUITY MEMBERS-We will contact you with your requested time frame and ask that you respond to accept.

The audition dates are as follows:
Equity: Monday, August 15, 10:00am-6:00pm
Non-Equity: Tuesday, August 16, 10:00am-6:00pm

You must submit your headshot and resume digitally in order to register. If you receive an audition spot, your headshot and resume will be placed in a booklet that will be distributed to the attending theatre representatives. This saves time and effort throughout the audition process, and will allow you to leave once your audition is finished.

A follow-up list – indicating which theatres expressed interest in your work – will be posted on our website shortly after the auditions are concluded. To defray the cost of printing the book, some fees may apply. Payment instructions will be included if you are given an audition spot.

The deadline to register is Friday July 1, 2016.
If given a slot, you will be notified by email no later than July 15, 2016.
