CARS Tournament

Registration for the CARS Basketball Tournament!

Thank you for your interest in joining the CARS Basketball Tournament. Please read the information below and then fill out the registration form.

Date: June 11th, 2016
Time: 10:00AM- 5:00PM
  • All skill levels are welcomed to join the basketball tournament!
  • All ages are welcomed at the event, however you must be 14-21 years old to play.
  • Photo ID is required. This includes, but is not limited to; School ID, State ID or State Driver's License
  • The schedule of competition will be selected randomly.
  • Jerseys will be provided for all participants. All other sports gear (shorts, sneakers, braces, etc.) is the responsibility of the participant to bring.
  • Tickets to the Hip Hop for Philly concert (HH4P) will be given only to participants who are tested for HIV at this or any other official HH4P event. Tickets will NOT be given as a prize/reward for participating in the basketball tournament.
  • If you are signing up for the 5 on 5 Team Competition, each team must have 5-7 teammates and at least 1 teammate from opposite gender on each team (for example, 4 boys and 1 girl or 3 girls and 2 boys)
