OHSU Transit Employee Stress and Health Survey

OHSU Transit Employee Stress and Health Survey

We are researchers at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) and are inviting you to participate in this confidential survey study. We want to learn about your work challenges, and how these challenges might impact your health. Your participation will help us seek federal funding for transit worker health research in the Pacific Northwest.

The survey is voluntary and will take about 10 to 25 minutes. Topics include your background, work characteristics, job stress, body weight changes, diet, exercise, and sleep. Your name won't be associated with your answers AND results can only be accessed by OHSU researchers. Only non-identifying group summary statistics will be shared with transit authorities or the Amalgamated Transit Union.

At the end of the survey there is a link to a separate web form to provide contact information for a lottery drawing. This contact information can't be linked to your survey answers. Thirty participants will be randomly selected to win $50 to $100 prizes.
