Entrepreneurship Survey

Introduction

This survey is being carried out to discover more about entrepreneurs' attitudes and intentions.

Please answer the questions freely and honestly. You cannot be identified from the information you provide, and no information will be given to any third party.

ALL THE INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE WILL BE TREATED IN THE STRICTEST CONFIDENCE

The questionnaire consists of three sections, which should take you no more than 15 minutes to complete. Please try to complete the survey at a time when you are unlikely to be disturbed. Also, do not spend too long on any one question. Your first thoughts are usually your best!

Even if you feel the items covered may not apply directly to you please do not ignore them. Your answers are essential in building an accurate body of data for analysis. Please also complete the entire survey to the end, as any incomplete responses will be discarded.
