NASA DAAC User Research

Thank you for your interest in our research study.

This is a NASA study under a Raytheon contract. Raytheon has subcontracted Blink UX to conduct interviews with DAAC website users to learn more about how useful and usable these websites are.

We have a few questions that should take you less than 5 minutes to see if you qualify.

The study will be conducted mid-August through September. The feedback from this interview is used to improve the DAAC sites.

If you participate, here is what to expect:

• The interviewer will talk with you through a web conference about how you use NASA’s EarthData DAAC web portals.

• With your permission, we will video record each session so that we can conduct a detailed analysis of how the website performs. This is used for internal purposes only (videos will not be shared publicly).

• Participants will receive a $150 check for being a part of the study. PLEASE NOTE: NASA employees and civil servants are ineligible to receive the incentive.

• Your involvement would last up to 60 minutes.
