REGISTRATION: Conference partners, special event sponsors, meal sponsors and exhibitors - once you submit the order form, we will send you an invitation to formally register to attend. This will collect the personal information for everyone attending from your organization, including name, job title, contact email and dietary restrictions.

EXHIBITOR SET-UP & SHIPMENT: Exhibitors will have a scheduled time Wednesday afternoon to set up their tables and can tear down Friday any time after lunch. Once confirmed with the venue, we will notify you of the timeline via email.
Any boxes that need to be shipped to the conference will be coordinated with a general contractor working with the Huntington Convention Center of Cleveland. Shipment details and contact information for the general contractor will be shared once available.
CANCELLATION & PAYMENT POLICY: This Order Form serves as a contract. Execution of this Order Form signifies assumption of legal responsibility to pay for sponsorship(s) and/or exhibit space as stipulated on the Order Form. Full payment must be received within thirty (30) days of receipt of invoice. Payment must be made in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank. OverDrive reserves the right to cancel this Order Form in the event of non-payment within thirty (30) days of receipt of invoice unless alternate payment arrangements have been agreed upon, in writing, by OverDrive.
