SVSU University Art Gallery Exhibition Submission Form

Please fill out the following form in order to be considered for an exhibition at the University Art Gallery at Saginaw Valley State University. You will receive a follow-up e-mail to confirm your submission and when to expect a response; If chosen for an exhibit you will be notified via mail, e-mail or phone. *Please be advised we currently have a backlog into the 2021 exhibition year. We are still accepting applications but there may be a delay between the submission and the Exhibition Committee response on submitted materials. We appreciate your patience.

Upload ten images of your work that you intend to exhibit. Images must be no smaller than 500 pixels on the shortest side.
In order to upload the ten images, you must click the 'Browse' button ten separate times.
However, if you would like to create a PDF portfolio of your works and upload that instead, you would only need to click the 'Browse' button once in order to upload it. The images within the PDF portfolio must comply with the individual image specifications.
