Senior Specialist, Information Management will contribute a strategic and technical approach to the charity’s fundraising and financial management systems, analytics and planning that provide value-added business information and support to growing the charity's program base. The Senior Specialist, Information Management demonstrates a keen understanding of the people, process and technology required to facilitate the flow of information and financial transactions from donors and program stakeholders so that all pertinent content is available, actionable and accurate. The Senior Specialist will contribute to the design and management of operational processes and procedures to support the charity's objectives, strategies, financial management and fundraising initiatives to address current and emerging needs. The Senior Specialist will play a key role in preparing systems for managing donor and program data within a Blackbaud CRM database and will assist with testing, data validation, code table maintenance, etc.
A collaborative, team-based work style coupled with superior communication skills, and a detail oriented approach are vital to this role. The incumbent will have the ability to quickly identify and develop mutually co-operative working relationships with a solid understanding of the needs of fundraisers, donors and program/project stakeholders. This is a role for someone who takes the initiative to help everyone achieve their deliverables and ultimately, the charity’s financial and relationship goals. Exposure to not-for-profit software applications (i.e. Blackbaud eCRM, FinancialEdge, RaisersEdge, Convio Luminate Online, and Luminate Online Team Raiser) is highly desired.
