FSC General Survey v1

Family Separation Clinic Survey, 2018.

This is a short survey for the Family Separation Clinic, an organisation that helps parents and children affected by divorce and separation.

The survey aims to find out the impact of divorce/separation on children, and how parents maintain relationships with their children.

It will take about 10 minutes to complete.

The survey asks you as a divorced/separated parent to tell us about yourself and your experiences. This will help us understand if and how different issues impact different people.

We realise it may be painful but it's not meant to be personal. We're asking you to help us find out if there is anything that can be done to make things a little better in the future. You don't have to answer every question, but the more you can tell us the more helpful your input will be.

The information we gather will be used anonymously to identify the key issues, and to help work out how best to help children and parents in these circumstances.

If you would be willing to talk to us further or hear about what we find out, you can give us your email address at the very end of the survey. We will not share that you've taken part in this survey, your personal answers, or your email address with anyone else.
