Sometimes it’s difficult to figure out why we received a parking citation. If we don’t understand WHY, we might end up getting another. Simply enter the Ticket #, your question and your email address (students, staff & faculty please use Vandal Mail) and you’ll receive a response within 48 business hours.
We will explain the rule behind the citation based on our
Rules & Regulations document. What you do then is up to you! Pay or Appeal. If you’re considering an Appeal, be sure to read the
criteria before you spend time submitting.
