Mozilla L10n Workshops in 2017

Welcome to the survey!

In 2017, the Mozilla l10n-drivers set a goal to organize l10n workshops throughout the world to meet with l10n communities face-to-face, provide training, and learn from each l10n community. As part of measuring the impact that these l10n workshops have had on the Mozilla l10n communities, this survey will ask you a variety of questions about your workshop experience and its impact on your l10n contributions throughout 2017. Please answer openly and without reservation. This survey should only require 15 minutes of your time.

7. Localizers who received invitations to the workshop met at least two of these five criteria:
  • Recent translation activity (3 months)
  • Leading/managing community l10n projects
  • New localizers with recent activity and a unique perspective
  • Vocal participation in communication channels
  • Testing Pontoon
The l10n-drivers selected 3-4 candidates and then asked for feedback from locale leaders before sending inviations. On a scale of 1-5, rate your opinion of this process.
