Bestival 2017: Charity Application form

Introduction

Hello!

Thank you for your interest in applying to be involved in Bestival 2017.

Bestival is committed to working with many wonderful charities, both local and national, in various promotion, awareness-raising and fundraising campaigns in our strive to be as socially responsible as possible.

For Bestival 2017 we are once again looking for charities to be involved in the festival. This involvement is available in the following aspects;

Interactive & fun services/offers for customers
Creative installations
A limited amount of space for stalls are available

We are of course also open to new ideas that are outside of these areas!

In our efforts to make Bestival as creative, fun and interactive as possible, we kindly ask that your application does not include any of the following activities;

Asking for outright donations/bucket shaking (*this is fine if it's in exchange for items/services/etc)
hand-to-hand distribution of leaflets

Please Note: Applications close on June 14th 2017. Please ensure you submit your application before this date.
