The DSRO survey was developed by APPA to assist members in their individual efforts to understand and analyze factors that affect distribution system reliability and operations.
The survey below has been made available to utilities applying in 2017 as an alternative to the usual DSRO, which has been postponed until next year, as it is now on a three year release cycle. The survey calls for certain confidential or proprietary information that may be of a competitively-sensitive nature. Information collected in this survey will not be distributed to anyone outside of RP3 staff and the Review Panel in order to maintain confidentiality of the sources for such information.
Please complete the survey with your utility's 2016 data. In order to receive full credit, the questionnaire should be completely filled out and attached as a PDF to the RP3 application.
