We're looking for teachers who are ready to take the next step in their careers without leaving the classroom. Model Teachers, Peer Collaborative Teachers, and Master Teachers serve as change agents in their school community, working collaboratively with colleagues to improve instructional practice and impact student learning outcomes.

Hold a clear vision, aiding in the development of the school's instructional focus
Show tenacity while supporting colleagues as they move closer to reaching the school's vision
Ask tough questions and encourage colleagues to think deeply about the work
Stay active in learning, serving as examples by taking risks and innovating practices
Develop relationships built on trust, tackling difficult situations with respect and understanding
