What is a Private Domain?

Private domains allow you to fully brand your survey links removing any reference to SurveyGizmo. A private domain is set up jointly by your IT department and SurveyGizmo. Your IT department creates a subdomain and points it to SurveyGizmo. For example, in this link — surveys.acmeco.com — "surveys" is a subdomain of acmeco.com. Requirements and Cost

The cost per private domain is $750 annually. Multiple User accounts come with one private domain by default. Any additional private domains can be purchased for $750 per year (the SSL certificate is included free of charge with this purchase).

Secure Private Domains

What is an SSL?

An SSL is an extra layer of security when collecting data you can use secure links (https). https links use what is called Secure Socket Layer to transport data safely between client and survey by using an encryption algorithm.

Requirements and Cost

We provide a custom setup to allow for SSL private domain links. The cost for the setup is $750 annually. Multiple User accounts come with a private domain by default. A certificate for this first domain is free. Any additional private domains can be purchased for $750 per year (the SSL certificate is included free of charge with this purchase). If you are unaware of your company Standards/SSL Setup Requirements, please be prepared to provide an additional contact.
