CA ProStart Cup 2018 | Team Registration

General Info

This is the official team registration for 2018 CA ProStart Cup Competition held on March 18 + 19, 2018 at Sheraton Fairplex in Pomona, CA.

CRAF is seeking talented high school students who want to show off their culinary and management skills. Participating students must be enrolled in a ProStart® high school program. Teams are comprised of two to four students. First-place winners in both the culinary and management competitions will advance to the National ProStart Invitational April 27 - 29 in Providence, RI.

The Innovation Cup

In a first of its kind competition, teams of high school students will develop and pitch a concept for a robot, product, app or software to improve the restaurant industry. At least one member of the team must be a ProStart student. Other members of the team can come from other high school departments (engineering, woodshop, web design, audocad, etc.). First place winners in the Innovation Cup will win special prizes to be announced at the awards ceremony. Click on the link below to read all the rules.

Competition registration fees:
  • $325 per culinary team
  • $325 per management team
  • $325 per innovation team (registration fee waived if you compete in the management competition)
Registration fee includes:
  • light breakfast for 3/18 and 3/19
  • lunch for 3/18 and 3/19
  • awards ceremony reception
  • chef coat (for culinary competition) or button down shirt (for management or innovation competition)
