Based on the process illustrated in Matthew 18:15-20, we encourage you to first address your concern with the offending individual. It is recommended that this communication be done in writing. This will help initiate an evidentiary trail, which can become important if the grievance needs to be escalated.
In the case of grade appeals, the appeal should first be addressed, in writing (with specific evidence), to the instructor.
