Complaint Form

Central Christian College of Kansas is committed to addressing complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Specific language, policies, and procedures concerning complaints is available on our Consumer Information webpage as well as the Catalog and Student Handbook.

Based on the process illustrated in Matthew 18:15-20, we encourage you to first address your concern with the offending individual. It is recommended that this communication be done in writing. This will help initiate an evidentiary trail, which can become important if the grievance needs to be escalated.

In the case of grade appeals, the appeal should first be addressed, in writing (with specific evidence), to the instructor.
