Thank you for your interest in the Venus de Miles Post-Ride Festival on Saturday July 21, 2018.
Vendor application deadline is July 7, 2018. Information on location and timing can be found below.  We will be in touch as soon as your application is processed to confirm your involvement.

Festival Timeline
Festival Hours:             Saturday July 21st from 9.00 am - 2:00 pm
Vendor Set-Up:            Friday July 20th from 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm OR
                                     Saturday July 21st from 7:30 am - 8:00 am
Vendor Tear Down:      Saturday, July 21st after 2:00 pm

Vendor Options
Booth Only: $250
This options allows a 10'x10' space at the finish festival. All vendors will be provided with (1) 6' table and (2) chairs. Tents are not included in the booth price but can be arranged for an additional fee. Please contact Kate (ktodd@greenhousescholars.org) for a larger booth or additional equipment, including power.

Packet Insert Only: $150
(insert materials due June 29th) Include a coupon or small sample in the participant informational packets, distributed approximately two-weeks in advance of event day. Inserts can be as large as 8 ½” tall x 11”wide x 1” thick. Do not send inserts before June 14th.

Booth + Packet Insert: $300- BEST VALUE!

Terms & Conditions
  1. Vendors will receive confirmation of their spot and an invoice via email once the application is approved. Payment must be received no later than July 9th.   
  2. For security reasons, vehicles should not be left open and unattended at any time and must be parked lawfully or will be subject to citation or towing. Do not leave boxes, backpacks or packages of any kind unattended around or outside your vendor area at any time.
  3. Vendors are required to be open by 9:00 am on event day.
  4. The sale or distribution of alcoholic beverages without written permission from Greenhouse Scholars is strictly prohibited.
  5. All waste left at venue must be broken down and placed in appropriate waste or recycle dumpsters. Trash and recycling dumpsters will be provided at the venue.
  6. Vendors are required to obtain and display all necessary permits and/or licenses in order to operate at Venus de Miles.
