Tink 2018 Summer Camp Registration

CAMPER AND PARENT INFORMATION

Thank you for your interest in the 2018 Tinkering at The Cooperative School camps.
Within seven days of submitting this form, you will receive an e-mail to confirm availability of the session(s) you have chosen, as well as payment instructions and a form to collect more information about the camper(s). 
Full payment is due within one week of registration confirmation and is non-refundable.
You can use this single application to register up to five siblings for the same weeks of camp.
(This option is being offered to streamline registration but does not guarantee that there will be spots for all children listed on the application.)

If you wish to register siblings for different weeks of camp, please use a separate application.
