MAS Parent Survey '18

You are being asked to complete this survey to help the school community (students, parents, staff, and the public) understand your feelings about your child’s school. Your thoughts, feelings, and experiences as a parent/guardian of a child at this school are highly valued, and we appreciate your taking the time to respond to each item. All information received from individuals by the Children's Research Center (CRC) is kept strictly confidential. The information will be incorporated into the annual monitoring report without any individual references or identification.
