Nutrition & Wellness Coaching Registration

Ready to Develop New, Healthy Behaviors?

Our series of free, individualized Nutrition & Wellness Coaching sessions is for anyone in the Cal Poly community who wants to develop new, healthy habits that promote personal wellness.

If you sign up, you will commit to working one on one with a senior-level nutrition counseling student for 4 sessions, usually one session per week, each ~30-60 minutes (the first session is usually the longest and lasts closer to an hour). Sessions will be scheduled around your availability.

You and your coach will explore and find solutions for your nutrition and wellness challenges, identify resources to help you establish healthy behaviors, and set achievable goals each week. Each session will be tailored to your individual needs and priorities.
This is a Learn by Doing opportunity and graded experience for our students, who will be working on further enhancing their nutrition counseling skills. Please be sure you can commit to attending 4 sessions when you sign up!

The deadline to register is February 9, 2018. Sessions with your coach will begin the week of February 12th.
