Welcome to the Girls Who Code Clubs application. Please complete the questions below to tell us a little bit more about yourself, and confirm your eligibility to start a Girls Who Code Club.
If you are trying to renew a 2016-17 Club for the 2017-18 season, please go to our Club renewal form here.

If you are a 2017-18 Fall Semester Club looking to transition into an Academic Year Club, i.e. you will also be running in the Spring, please contact with your request!

What is the highest grade your school offers?  *This question is required.
Is your site community based (church, youth center, community center, library) and/or part of a nonprofit? *This question is required.
Have you received a background check as a condition of your employment at this site?
If you are eligible to host a Girls Who Code Club, you will receive an email containing a link to submit a scanned copy of your background check confirmation. Please obtain proof of your background check from the host organization if you do not have it available.
If you are eligible to host a Girls Who Code Club, we will follow up with you to initiate a background check after you submit this application. 
Your Club needs a main point of contact that has a professional relationship with either your host site or hosting non-profit organization supporting your Club. This point of contact will serve as your Club's decision maker for such things like applying for a Clubs Fund.
