Pre-Training Evaluation Survey 

Thank you for participating in the Making It Happen training! Our goal is to help you use four core financial management tools to improve decision-making and answer questions such as: “Can I pay my bills?", “Is a capital investment worth it?”, "Is this the right price?”, or “Should I add a new product line?"

Your participation in this survey and the follow-up surveys after the training are critical in helping us determine the effectiveness of the training. All participant information collected will be kept strictly confidential, and used only anonymously and solely for the purposes of this project. We greatly appreciate your time and assistance!
