One Button Studio Recording Request Form

Please use this form to reserve recording time in the One Button Studio located in the ELITE office on the Rockville Campus, Mannakee (MK) 330C. If you are booking for different dates, please fill out a form for each request.

   * Request MUST BE submitted 24 hours before the recording date/time
       * OBS room hours are Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM. Any recording before 9AM and after 5PM must get approval
       * Requester will receive an e-mail confirmation after request is approved by ELITE
       * Bring a USB drive, at least 2GB of space, on the day of your recording
