2018-19 OnStage Order Form

ONSTAGE FIELD TRIP PERFORMANCE INFORMATION AND ORDER FORM

Greetings and welcome to the 2018/19 Overture OnStage field trip performance season! To make your field trip planning a breeze, please review the information below. If you have any other questions, contact the OnStage Coordinator, Meri Rose Ekberg .
 
Reservation Process

1. Request Seats Online
Complete the order form below and submit by clicking the "Submit" button at the end of the form. Please refer to our "Order Change/Cancellation Policy" before submitting your order. If you do not immediately receive a confirmation email saying your order has been submitted please contact the OnStage Coordinator.
 
2. Submit Additional Forms Online
  • TAX EXEMPTION: If your school is a non-profit organization and not a public school, send in a copy of your school’s Certificate of Exempt Status or upload it to this form when prompted. If you believe we have a copy on file from a previous year, you do not need to send it in again. If you are not a tax-exempt organization, you will be charged sales tax on your order.
     
  • LUNCH SPACE RESERVATIONS: Want to reserve a space to eat a brown bag lunch before or after your performance? Submit a request form five weeks prior to the performance you are attending.
3. Receive Your Seat Confirmation
Once you submit the online form below, your request will be entered in the order it was received. Due to limited seats available, your seats are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email with an invoice and other details from the OnStage Coordinator. If it has been more than 2 weeks since you placed your order and you have not yet received a confirmation and invoice, please contact the OnStage Coordinator.

4. Waitlist
If a performance has reached capacity when your order is received, you will be notified via email that you have been placed on a waitlist. If you listed a second choice, you will be automatically placed into that performance, and not placed on the waitlist for your first choice. If you do not receive an email confirming your order or letting you know you are on the wait-list please contact the OnStage Coordinator.
 
5. Pricing
Seats are $8 each for groups of 20 or more and $9 each for groups less than 20. One complimentary seat is given for every 15 seats reserved. Please note tickets for Theatre LILA productions are $9/$10. Subsidies for the 2018-19 season are SOLD OUT AT THIS TIME, please answer the necessary questions when prompted to be placed on the wait-list.. 

6. Make a Payment
Full payment is due one month prior to the performance. Payment can be made via check and mailed to Overture with a copy of the invoice or you can call 608-258-4165 to pay with a credit card. Cash is not accepted and you may not enter the theater if your order is not paid in full.
 
6. Performance Information
All OnStage performances (unless otherwise noted) are approximately 60 minutes in length. Roughly one month prior to the performance you will receive an email an that includes an educator resource guide, school nurse information and arrival instructions. Please plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to performance time. 
 
7. Cancellations and Changes
Once the order is placed, this agreement is binding under all circumstances except if Overture Center cancels or postpones a performance and/or if the district superintendent closes school on the day of the performance. As we have limited seats we will ask you to make your best guess at numbers (including chaperones and anyone else attending). Your school will likely have guidelines on chaperone to student ratios for field trips. Once you place the order you can increase pending availability and decrease up to 15% until 2 months before the event. Once the order is placed cancellations are approved on a a case by case basis. Contact the OnStage Coordinator. if you need to change or cancel your order.
