Thank you for requesting a lunch space at Overture! All requests are processed in the order they are received. You will receive an email with your lunch space confirmation at least 4-6 weeks out from your performance.

Overture provides designated parking for school buses and over-sized vans during school shows. Please note that bus parking is provided for the duration of your performance only. When extending your time at Overture or if you plan to stay downtown, please reference the following:
- When arriving early for a show: Please plan on having your bus driver drop-off your group, and circle back to park no earlier than 30 minutes before show-time. Parking may not be available before this time.
- When staying late after a show: Please instruct your bus driver to be on the bus, available to move after the performance. Parking longer than the duration of the performance at reserved meters cannot be guaranteed. Plan to have your driver return once your group is ready for pick-up.
- When arriving to Overture for parking, report to the Henry Street entrance for direction from an usher.
- Buses remain where they are parked for re-loading, unless you have pre-arranged for a later pick-up with your driver. Please be able to contact your driver for their location, if needed.
- Turville Park is available for buses wishing to use alternate parking or as a holding location.
Only personal, bagged lunches are allowed. Any outside catering such as pizza must receive a waiver from Overture’s Catering a Fresco. Contact evolland@overture.org with any questions.
Please bring your lunches in large, clearly labeled bins or totes. These will be stored on a cart, in a non-refrigerated area, and brought down to your lunch spot after the show. Ushers will help direct you after the performance.
Lunch space is reserved for approximately one hour and fifteen minutes.
