Career Adjustment Model: Questionnaire for Immigrant Women

Jana Kotrcova, M.A. Candidate, Department of Psychology, University of Saskatchewan

This questionnaire asks how you adjusted to your career in Canada and how you coped with barriers on your way to your desired profession. It also provides you with an opportunity to say what immigrant women need most to reach their occupational goals.
The goal of this study is to gain understanding of the phenomena underlying career adjustment of immigrant women. The information will be offered as a foundation for creating new or adjusting some current employment and skill-building programs for immigrant women in the Province. However, only aggregate and average data will be communicated.
Filling out the questionnaire will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Your answers will stay completely anonymous as your name will never be linked to the questionnaire.
