Remember to always follow your agency's protocol when registering to attend workshops at SEORTC.
After filling out the below form, you will receive a confirmation of the form's information that you submitted. This is not a confirmation to attend the workshop. You will still receive the confirmation to attend the workshop through the mail, approximately 10 days to 2 weeks prior to the scheduled workshop. Please include a full mailing address with the workshops you desire to attend for delivery of the confirmation letter. This confirmation letter should be brought to the workshop for registration purposes.
Include extension numbers with phone numbers when appropriate.
If you would like to be contacted in the event of an emergency workshop cancellation, please leave a cell phone number with your registration. This emergency contact number is immensely helpful to the training center staff in the unlikely event of an emergency workshop cancellation.
