Cancellations are only accepted from the Lead Guest with the understanding that the entire reservation will be cancelled. We do not accept individual guest cancellations.
Cancellation Terms:
All Deposits for Closer to the Sun are non-refundable.
If you cancel between May 30th - June 21st you will receive a 50% refund of any monies paid into your reservation beyond your non-refundable deposit and any add-ons purchased.
Beginning June 22, 2018, Closer to the Sun becomes Non-Refundable. The Event encourages all guests to purchase travel insurance to protect their trip!
