Achieve in Math Program

Achieve in Math (AIM) Program Application

This program is a free 3 week-long summer bridge and fall program that helps first year students succeed in math.   Students explore career opportunities, strengthen their math skills, develop healthy study skills, and learn how to use the resources available at MassBay to be successful.  Ultimately, this program ensures that students have the tools they need to prepare for college and make a better transition.  Students who successfully complete the program will be eligible for a laptop computer and up to $100 towards school books.

In order for you to be eligible for the AIM program, you must be a first year student who will enroll at MassBay and take a math course during the fall 2018 semester.  You must take the Math Accuplacer Test and score into MA 90, MA 90X or MA 95.  In addition, the program continues throughout the following fall semester.  You must be prepared to schedule two hours a week for tutoring assistance in math during the fall.
