Welcome to the 2018 Community Disaster Preparedness and Risk Survey. The purpose of this survey is to provide a forum for public input on the level of disaster preparedness in the community and gather data on potential local area risks.

The data gathered will be used to help local officials better plan for disasters as well as communicate with citizens and educate residents on mitigation steps to reduce the risk of loss.
