Educational Testing Service (ETS), a non-profit research and assessment development organization, is conducting a validity study for ProEthica. We are inviting you to participate in this research by completing a brief survey about educator ethics and your background. We expect the survey to take you about 15 minutes to complete. Your responses will be kept confidential. The information you provide will not be shared with anyone at your school, district or state department of education. All results from this survey will be reported in aggregate to maintain your anonymity. There are no known risks to participate in the survey. Your participation in the survey is voluntary and you may choose to stop the survey at any time. There are three planned uses for this data: (1) to improve the program; (2) for research purposes i.e., sharing high-level results at conferences, in publications including presentations, and (3) providing participating districts with aggregate school-level reports.
