#17 - Overall Evaluation

Your feedback is important! Please answer each question as it relates to your entire 2018 Basic Institute experience. 
1. Please indicate your year of Basic attendance.
2. I used the online registration system this year and it worked great.
3. Pre-conference materials and communications made the registration process easy.
4. I'm glad that MMTA now offers a single point of contact through our Association Managers who are available whenever I have a question.
5. My interaction with the new Association Managers has been positive.
6. The facilitator created an effective environment for learning.
7. I appreciated the facilitator's insight and experience in helping me understand the concepts and material presented at Basic.
8. I utilized the facilitator's office hours and thought it was a valuable time to get my questions answered. 
9. The conference set-up (sound, lights, temperature, seating, etc.) supported my learning process.
10. The service and food provided by the Conference Center were excellent.
11. The lodging accommodations at the Comfort Inn and/or Fairfield Inn were excellent in terms of quality and value. 
12. The ability to earn a professional, state-certified designation (the Michigan Certified Professional Treasurer, or MiCPT) is very important to me.
13. I would be very interested in earning college credit for MMTA's Institute program.
14. I would recommend Institute to my colleagues.
