Cancellations are only accepted from the Lead Guest with the understanding that the entire reservation will be cancelled. We do not accept individual guest cancellations.Cancellation Terms:Un-redeemed Pre-book Tokens:
Now through June 4, 2018 you will receive a refund of your Pre-book deposit minus a $50 administrative fee.
Starting June 5, 2018 unused Pre-book tokens become non-refundable.
Jam Cruise 17 Cabins:
- All Deposits for Jam Cruise 17 are non-refundable.
If you cancel between May 10 - June 21, 2018 you will receive a 50% refund of any monies paid into your reservation beyond your non-refundable deposit and any add-ons purchased.
Beginning June 22, 2018, Jam Cruise 17 becomes Non-Refundable.
