2017-2018 Chapter Report

Hi everyone! As the semester begins to come to a close, Alpha Kappa Delta asks that you fill out this year’s annual chapter report.

Alpha Kappa Delta and your chapter benefit from your annual report in several ways, including:

• Allowing you to update your chapter's information with the Executive Office for the upcoming academic year
• Informing the Executive Office about special activities that your chapter performed (we can report these on social media, to your Dean, etc.)
• Each chapter that fills out the chapter report will receive a letter of gratitude outlining activities during the year that you may share with your Dean, Chair, etc. 
• Voicing concerns from the academic year and providing suggestions on how the Executive Office can better serve your chapter
• Chapters must fill out the annual chapter report to remain active and eligible for AKD programs and funding

In efforts to going green, we are continuing to us this online form. With this survey, you will be able to save and continue later (located at the top of the report) and we will be able to email you your responses in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, we do not have an option for you to edit the reports sent in from the previous years. We apologize for this inconvenience.
