Historic SE Quadrant of Grant Park Visioning Survey

The Grant Park community is beginning a park vision plan for the Historic SE Quadrant of Grant Park in partnership with Park Pride and a number of other community organizations, including Atlanta Neighborhood Charter School, Atlanta Preservation Center, Historic Oakland Foundation, Grant Park Conservancy, Grant Park Neighborhood Association, Grant Park Parent Network, M.H. Mitchell, Inc., Viridis Garden Design Inc, The Wrens Nest, and Zoo Atlanta.

A steering committee of stakeholders and interested citizens has been assembled to represent various interests, and a series of four public meetings will be held to understand community priorities for this space.

There are a number of external pressures on this part of Grant Park, including the Grant Park Gateway Parking Deck, the Atlanta BeltLine, Zoo Atlanta, and a collective understanding of the Fort Walker site. These pressures will impact how this part of Grant Park evolves. Having a community-based plan that considers these pressures will shape this evolution in a way that is mindful of community concerns.

Please plan to attend one or all of the public meetings (listed on other side) to help us envision the future of the Historic SE Quadrant of Grant Park!
