2. Will your team be presenting an innovation?
  *This question is required.All teams (one per organisation) are requested to bring printed slides on an innovation or good practice idea, where they have used data (internal or from the Roundtable) to drive improvement and change at their organisation. Please use the below powerpoint slide template. Please bring single sided printed copies to ‘show and tell’.

3. Will you be bringing a laptop / Have you already got a laptop ready? (Alternatively, printing your reports, see question #5)
  *This question is required.An internet enabled device (per organisation team) along with an internet dongle/mobile wifi hotspot is recommended to enjoy the full experience at the meeting, as it will be used to collect feedback as well as interact with HRT online tools
4. Have you logged onto the Members Section of the The Health Roundtable portal? (www.healthroundtable.org) (You can register for a free account using your health service's email address) *This question is required.
5. Have you downloaded or will you be downloading the below reports?
(Latest period – 2017 January to 2017 December), from “My Data” page upon logon to the portal (above), and save them on your laptop or print them (required if you are not bringing laptop))

You will be using your own reports during the Problem and Hypothesis sessions.
