Schools Club Membership and Booking Form 18/19

Thank you for applying to be part of our new Unicorn Schools Club.

Please fill out this membership and booking form and we'll get back to you to approve your membership and confirm your booking (subject to availability). You will need to know the dates you want to attend and numbers of tickets needed before submitting this form. Further information can be found in our Schools Club FAQs but if you have other questions please give us a call on 020 7645 0560.

Schools Club ticket prices
  • £8 per pupil: when you book 100 – 200 pupil tickets (to at least two different shows).
  • £7.50 per pupil: when you book 201 – 500 pupil tickets (to at least two different shows).
  • £7 per pupil: when you book over 501 pupil tickets (to at least two different shows).
Plus you'll still get 1 free teacher ticket per 10 pupil tickets booked.
You also receive additional free tickets for parents to accompany school trips: 5 free parent tickets when booking 100-200 tickets, 10 free parent tickets when booking 201-500 tickets and 15 free parent tickets when booking 500+ tickets.
